摘　　要：我国现阶段肿瘤学教育以研究生教育为主,作为肿瘤学重要分支之一的肿瘤内科,除具有内科学的共性外,还具有其自身的特点。本文结合肿瘤内科工作的特点,提出在肿瘤内科研究生实习过程中重视医学伦理学素养的培养,包括重点培养职业素养、全面提升人文素养、注重强化科学素养等。培养职业素养包括三个方面:扎实的理论功底和专业水准;精湛的沟通、表达能力;高尚的医德医风。The oncology training in our country still focuses on graduate education. As one of the important branches of oncology, medical oncology has common features of internal medicine, but with its unique characteris- tics. By analyzing these unique characteristics of medical oncology, this article proposes that medical ethics training should be emphasized for the graduate students during their internship in medical oncology. The training should in- clude the emphasis on professional values, full enrichment of humanity and focuses on strengthening scientific liter- acy. Cultivating professional quality includes three aspects： solid theory foundation of basic skills and professional standards, excellent communication, expression ability and noble medical ethics.
