摘　　要：本文结合第二次R&D资源清查数据,在国际比较分析基础上,首次应用调查数据研究了我国服务业企业R&D投入的现状,并在分析现状成因的基础上,提出了相关的政策建议。By using the data of the Second National R＆D Resource Census of China and on the base of international compare, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of R＆D input of enterprises in service sector in China and studies the reason, then puts forward advices about this.
