摘　　要：高校的财务工作对学校教学科研及日常行政管理的正常运作起着重要作用。文章在分析高校财务服务工作的特点和存在的问题基础上,提出了提升高校财务服务满意度的工作思路。The college financial work plays an important role in normal operation of school teaching, scientific research and daily administra- tive management. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of college financial service and the existing problems, new ideas to improve college financial service satisfaction are put forward.
