摘　　要："职业性"是高职院校的鲜明特色。职业责任教育是德育的基本内容,是高职院校的职业责任,是符合高职学生特点的德育内容,也是社会主义市场经济健康发展的保障,同时,高职德育具有整体性的特点。因此,高职院校应以职业责任教育为核心内容,整体构建校本德育体系。＂Occupational＂ is a distinguishing feature of higher vocational colleges. Occupation duty education is the basic content of moral education and the occupation duty of higher vocational colleges. It is the moral education content conforming to the characteristics of higher vocational college students and also the guarantee of sound development of the socialist market economy. At the same time, moral education in higher vocational colleges has the characteristic of integration. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should take occupation duty education as the kernel content to achieve overall construction of school-based moral education system.
