摘　　要："忧患"意识不仅是一种人生态度,亦是一种历史思想。它最早渊源于《尚书》,与"殷鉴"思想、"先王"观念紧密相连,三位一体,共同构成了《尚书》历史功用思想,予后世以深远影响。The Consciousness of ＂Youhuan＂ （“忧患”意识,the consciousness of trying hard in order to guard against the difficulties） is always taken seriously and has a great impact on Chinese history and culture. It should be noted that the earliest origins of The Consciousness of ＂Youhuan＂ is in ＂The Book of History＂, and it is essentially a kind of historical consciousness, closely linked with ＂The Thought of Yinjian＂ （“殷鉴”思想,the thought of ＂history can serve as a warning＂） and ＂The Concept of Xianwang＂ （“先王”观念,the concept of esteeming and learning the great king of very old ancient） . These three concepts together form the idea of the historical function in ＂The Book of History＂ as an organic whole, having a far-reaching effect on later generations.
