The chapter is order to find out the effect of wearing of glasses for AC/A ratio of ametiopes in different conditions. Methods The AC/A ratio of 232 cases of myope and 62 cases of hyperope were detected with TSJ 3 synoptophore. After mydriasis and optometry, When they weared orthotic glasses, we detected the AC/A radio again. They were divided into three groups of continued wearing of glasses No wearing and interrupted wearing according status of wearing glasses. Accoreding to the statistical analysis of AC/A ratio of refrangibility in different groups, their AC/A ratios were compared with normal people′s. Results The AC/A ratio average value in continued wearing no wearing and interrupted wearing: myope in proper order: 3 10±1 79%,3 93±1 92 △ /D and 3 80±2 40 △ /D; hyperope: 2 35±1 53 △/D, 1 17±0 09 △/D and 1 47±1 04 △ /D. The first group has no significant difference with normal people (p>0 05). The second group and third group have significant or extro significant difference with normal people (p<0 05 or p<0 01), Conclusion The effect of continued wearing of glasses is more obvious than no wearing′s and interrupted wearing′s in AC/A ratio of ametrope. It can make AC/A ratio recovered or close to normal.
