摘 要:目的 :探讨肾细胞癌血管生成及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 LSAB法检测肾细胞癌血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)的表达和微血管数 ( MVC)。结果 :癌组织中 VEGF的表达与 MVC有关 ;有肿瘤转移者 VEGF表达和 MVC的等级分布显著高于无肿瘤转移者。结论 :肾细胞癌血管生成可能有赖于癌细胞合成分泌的 VEGF来调节 ;VEGF表达和 MVC均与肿瘤转移有关 ,有可能作为判断肾细胞癌转移潜能的预后指标。Purpose:To explore the relationship between tumor angiogenesis and metastasis of human renal cell carcinoma (RCC).Methods:By use of immunohistochemical staining, Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein expression and microvessel counts(MVC) of paraffin embedded specimens from 66 RCCs were examined.Results:The expression of VEGF was related to MVC in RCCs tissue; The expression level of VEGF and MVC were significantly higher in metastasis than in no metastasis. Conclusions:Tumor angionenesis may be related to VEGF that is secreted by tumor cells in RCC; VEGF expression and MVC are highly correlated with cancer metastasis, which may serve as a prognostic parameter for discriminating tumor metastatic potential in RCC.
