膀胱癌多药耐受相关蛋白和P53的表达及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析膀胱癌多药耐受相关蛋白 ( MRP)、突变型 P53( mt P53)的表达及两者的相关性。方法 :利用链霉亲和素生物素酶复合物法 ( SABC法 )检测了 93例膀胱癌和 1 0例正常膀胱粘膜的 MRP、mt P53表达 ,并分析了两者表达的相关性。结果 :膀胱癌与正常膀胱粘膜间的 MRP、mt P53表达差异分别有显著性意义 ( P <0 .0 5)和极显著性意义 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;MRP和 mt P53表达具有较强的相关性 ( r=0 .682 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :膀胱癌 MRP、mt P53的表达显著增强 ,两者表达具有密切的相关性。Purpose:To observe the expression of multidrug resistant associated protein (MRP) and mutant P53 (mtP53) in human bladder carcinoma, and to analyse their correlation.Methods:MRP and mtP53 expression in 93 samples of bladder carcinoma and 10 normal bladder mucosa samples were detected by using immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin enzyme complex(SABC) method, and their correlation was also analysed.Results:There has statistical difference in MRP expression (P< 0.05 ) and significantly statistical difference in mtP53 expression (P< 0.01 ) between malignant tumors and normal mucosa, respectively. There has strong correlation between MRP and mtP53 expression(r= 0.682 ,P<0.01).Conclusions:Our studies revealed that the expression of MRP and mtP53 in bladder carcinoma increased obviously and there existed close correlation between them.
