摘  要:在航空发动机数控系统设计过程中,计算机仿真技术得到了广泛应用。基于计算机仿真技术,利用Matlab/simulink软件开发数字仿真平台,在某型涡桨航空发动机数控系统方案设计过程中,进行了模型的响应分析,设计了控制规律并进行仿真验证;根据仿真结果,改进设计了前馈补偿环节,并进行了仿真验证;搭建了该型发动机的全数字仿真环境,对控制规律进行仿真验证。通过数字仿真验证了控制规律的可行性,指导了数控系统方案设计。The computer simulation technology is widely used in the process of designing the aero-engine FADEC system. This pa- per proposes a digital control system design process of one turboprop engine,which is based on the computer simulation technology and the simulation platform is developed by using the Matlab/simulink software.It started from the analyzing of the model's res- ponses, then designs the control rules and did the simulation validation. In addition, it improves the control rules and designs the feed-forward compensation based on the result of simulation. Finally, the full digital simulation environment of aero-engine is con- structed, and did the simulation of the control rules. At last, the feasibility is verified through the digital simulation, and it provides a guidance of the FADEC design.
