疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者肝组织病理变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:临床观察疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者肝组织病理变化的影响,求证其对早期肝硬化的治疗效果。方法:43例确诊为早期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均常规给予保肝降酶和抗病毒治疗,治疗组拟疏肝健脾化瘀法为复方,对照组以复方鳖甲软肝片,观察2组患者治疗前后肝组织变化情况。结果:从肝组织炎症分级和肝纤维化分期,治疗组在治疗前后自身比较以及与对照组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异,2组之间通过肝纤维化及肝脏炎症计分比较,也以治疗组改善效果明显,有统计学差异。结论:疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者肝组织有较好的改善作用,对早期肝硬化有一定的治疗作用。Objective To observe influence of Shugan-Jianpi-Huayu therapy on the pathological change of liver tissue, and testify the clinic effects. Method 43 patients with early-state Hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The conventional liver protection and anti-virus program were administered. Shugan-Jianpi- Huayu Therapy was prescribed in the treatment group, and Compound-Biejiaruangan-Tablet was prescribed in the control group. To observe the pathological change of liver tissue before and after therapy between two groups. Result As for the inflammatory classification and fibrosis stage of liver tissue, the treatment group had significant difference before and after therapy, and was prior to the control group. Though count the marks of inflammatory and fibrosis, the treatment group had better effects than the control group, which had significant differences. Conclusion Shugan-Jianpi-Huayu Therapy has a good efficacy on the pathological change of liver tissue of early-state hepatic cirrhosis.
