摘　　要：目的:探讨新生血管性青光眼的手术治疗方法。方法:对12例(12眼)新生血管性青光眼患者施行前房穿刺术,再行小梁切除术,观察手术前后的眼压和虹膜新生血管消退情况等。结果:所有病例术后随访6个月,10例眼压控制良好,手术成功率为83%。结论:前房穿刺术联合小梁切除术是一种实用、有效地治疗新生血管性青光眼的方法。Objective To discuss neovascular glaucoma surgical treatment.Methods 12 patients（12eyes）with neovascular glaucoma underwent anterior chamber paracentesis,then trabeculectomy.Methds Observe intraocular pressure before and after surgery and regression of iris neovascularization etc.Results All patients were followed to 6 months,10 patients with good control of intraocular pressure,83% success rate.Conclusions Anterior chamber paracentesis and trabeculectomy for neovascular glaucoma is a practical and effective method.
