食管、贲门癌术后早期应用肠内营养的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在食管、贲门癌术中留置十二指肠营养管给予早期肠内营养的意义。方法:对30例食管、贲门癌患者术中放置十二指肠鼻饲营养管,术后鼻饲能全力,分析其效果。结果:所有患者术中均能经常规操作置入十二指肠营养管并耐受早期肠内营养,未出现严重并发症,均治愈出院。结论:食管、贲门癌术后早期应用肠内营养,是安全、有效的营养补给方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of early enteral nutrition（EN）in postoperative patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer.Methods The clinical data of 30 postoperative patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer who had received early enteral nutrition treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients could tolerate EN and recovered well.No severe complication had happened.Conclusion Early EN for postoperative patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer is a safe and effective way for nutritional supplication.
