健脑益智胶囊对颅脑损伤大鼠血浆NPY含量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健脑益智胶囊对颅脑损伤后大鼠血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量的影响。方法将SD大鼠按照随机原则分成A组(假手术组)、B组(模型对照组)、C组(吡拉西坦治疗组)、D组(健脑益智胶囊治疗组);每组再按照标本采集时间随机分为4个亚组(即A1、A2、A3、A4;B1、B2、B3、B4;C1、C2、C3、C4;D1、D2、D3、D4),每组10只。采用自由落体方法造模后,C组给予吡拉西坦治疗,D组给予健脑益智胶囊治疗,治疗后第3天、5天、7天、10天观察大鼠一般状况(精神状态、进食量、行为活动度)和血浆NPY的含量变化并进行分析。结果治疗第3天B组大鼠血浆NPY含量明显高于其他各组(P均<0.05);治疗第5,7天,D组大鼠血浆NPY含量明显低于B组和C组(P均<0.05);治疗第7天,D组大鼠的精神状态和进食量明显优于B组和C组。结论健脑益智胶囊能抑制颅脑损伤后大鼠血浆NPY含量快速增高,减轻脑血管的收缩,从而改善脑组织的血供。Objective It is to study the effect Jiannao Yizhi capsules on blood neuropeptide Y in model rats with traumatic brain injury（TBI）. Methods 160 SD rats were selected and randomly divide them into A group（ sham operation group） , B group（model control group）, C group（piracetam group） and D group （Jiannao Yizhi capsule group）, with 40 rats in each group which were divided randomly and equally into 4 subgroups （ A1, A1 , A2, A3, A4 ; B1, B2, B3, B4 ; C1 , C2, C3, C4 ; D1, D2, D3 ,D4）. After the models were established by freely falling,the rats of C group were treated with Piracetam tablets and D group with Jiannao Yizhi capsules. The general condition including mental state, food intake and activity status were observed and the Neuropeptide Y in blood at 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th after model establishment were determined. Results The blood NPY of B group was higher than those in the other groups（P 〈 0.05） after 3 days＇treatment. After 5 and 7 das＇treatment, the content of blood NPY in group D was lower than that in group B and group C. The rats mental state and food intake of group D were better than that of group B and group after 7 days＇treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion JiannaoYizhi capsules can inhibit the rapid increase of blood NPY after TBI in rats, then can lighten cerebral vasoconstriction and improve blood supply to brain tissue.
