计划职能对大学内部管理执行力的影响

摘　　要：探讨执行力的影响因素及大学内部管理执行力问题.通过问卷调查,分析了国内32所高校内部管理执行的现状,以及计划职能对于大学内部管理执行力的影响,运用因子分析法对计划职能进行评价.结果表明,大学内部管理执行力水平受"是否清楚地理解大学的使命、办学宗旨和目标","工作中是否是先规划后工作","工作中是否能够做到严格按照既定的规章制度办事"三项计划职能的影响明显.提出了明确大学使命、宗旨,提高管理队伍素质,加强现有规章制度的落实等对策建议.The issues of execution of university internal management were explored. By questionnaire survey, the current status of management execution of 32 domestic universities are studied, the influence of planning functions on the university internal management execution is researched as well, the plan- ning function is evaluated by using factor analysis method. The results show that the executive level of the university internal management is significantly affected by a clear understanding of its mission and objectives, the work is whether or not advance planed, and everything can be able to do strictly in ac- cordance with established rules and regulations. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as expliciting the university mission and aim, improving the quality of management team, strengthening the implementation of rules and regulations.
