摘　　要：目前我国高校辅导员胜任力的研究主要集中在三个方面,即胜任力维度划分、胜任力模型的构建和胜任力理论的应用。研究已经取得了一定成果,但有待进一步深化,需要在高校辅导员胜任力模型的开发和基于胜任力模型的高校辅导员人力资源管理实证研究等方面取得更大进展。Currently,China＇s researches of college counselors＇competency mainly focus on such three aspects as definition of competency dimensions,building of competency models and empirical application researches.Some progress have been made in these researches,Yet the study needs to be furtherd.More progress needs to be made in counselor competency model development in colleges and universities and in human resources management empirical research based on competency models of counselors.
