摘　　要：目的　探讨刺五加叶皂甙 (ASS)抑制宿主肝癌生长和转移的作用机制。方法　给BABL/c小鼠腹腔内注射HepG2肝癌细胞 ,10d后给予ASS腹腔注射 ,8周后处死小鼠 ,取瘤称重。用免疫组织化学方法检测ASS对移植肝癌组织nm2 3 H1和 p5 3基因蛋白表达的影响及抑瘤率 ,观察ASS对肝癌细胞在小鼠腹腔生长和转移的抑制作用。结果　当ASS剂量为 0 .2 5、1.0 0mg/kg体重时 ,抑瘤率分别为 45 .43%和 72 .0 6 % ,显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。ASS 1.0 0mg/kg治疗组的nm2 3 H1阳性表达率明显高于对照组。结论　ASS有抑制人肝癌在小鼠体内生长和转移的作用。其作用随剂量增加而递增 ,此作用可能与ASS促进肝癌细胞nm2 3 H1基因蛋白表达有关。Objective\ To determine effects of acanthopanax senticosus (ASS) on the growth and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods\ Human HCC cells were implanted into abdominal cavities of BALB/c mice. The mice were injected containing ASS for twice every week until eight weeks after tumour implantation. The expression oncogene of tumour tissues were obversed. Results\ The expression rate of nm23 H1 in ASS 0.25 mg/kg and 1.00 mg/kg treating mice were 33.33% and 50%, in Control group was 16.03% ( P <0.05). The mean tumour weight in mice with ASS and 1.00 mg/kg were lower than these of control group, the tumour growth rate were inhibited by 45.43% and 72.06%. Metastasis rate to peritoneum was lower than those of control group. Conclusions\ ASS is effective in inhibiting tumour growth and metastasis of human HCC in BABL/c mice. Inducing anti-tumour effect.\;
