摘　　要：校企合作是高校学科建设和人才培养的重要途径,是深化产学研合作教育的重要载体,是培养创新型综合人才的重要环节。分析国内外高校校企合作教育模式,探讨现行教育体制下校企合作培养人才的运行机制、存在不足和拓展空间,对于高校多元化校企合作办学的发展具有重要意义。School-enterprise cooperation is very important for the discipline construction and talent training of a university. It is an important carrier for cooperative education, which plays an important role in the nurturing of innovative talents. This paper analyzes the education model of school-enterprise cooperation between the domestic and foreign universities, explores the operational mechanism, deficiencies and improvement room of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training in the existing education system, which is of great significance to the development of school-enterprise cooperation.
