摘　　要：随着我国GDP的持续增长,环境问题也逐渐凸显出来,资源环境承载能力降低。在此背景下,"低碳经济"、"绿色生态矿山企业"理念一经提出便迅速发展。文章以深入分析煤炭企业历史发展与环境问题为切入点,以煤炭企业在完善低碳管理过程中的具体思路对策、经验教训为主线,在发展典型生态节能煤炭企业思路的基础上进行了低碳管理发展模式探索。With China＇s sustained growth in the GDP, environmental problems come out gradually, resources and environment carrying capacity reduces. In this case, the concept of ＂Low Carbon Economy＂ and ＂Green Ecological Mining Enterprises＂ develop rapidly. The article begins with the analysis of the coal enterprises＇ historical development and environmental problems, mainly discusses the specific thoughts and countermeasures, experiences and lessons during the perfecting low carbon management process, explores the low carbon management development mode based on the thought of the typical ecological energy saving.
