中西医结合治疗食管癌术后胃瘫综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌术后胃瘫综合征中西医结合治疗效果。方法对20例患者采用禁食、胃肠减压、心理疏导、胃动力药、中药及营养支持治疗。结果 18例经中西医结合非手术治疗痊愈,2例部分缓解。结论中西医结合非手术治疗胃瘫效果确切。Objective Study of esophageal carcinoma postoperative gastroparesis syndrome with Inte- grative Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Methods On 20 cases of patients with fasting, gastrointesti- nal decompression, Psychological counseling, gastric motility drugs, traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition- al support therapy. Results 18 cases treated by Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with non-surgical cure, 2 cases of partial remission. Conclusion Gastroparesis effect of non-surgical treatment with combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
