摘　　要：报告1例米氮平与奥氮平合用出现白细胞减少病例,提示应重视精神类药物合用所致不良反应,谨慎对待米氮平与奥氮平的合用。A case of neutropenia induced by mirtazapine combined with olanzapine is reported. It is suggested that we should pay attention to the adverse reaction induced by psychotropie medication polypharma- cy, and mirtazapine combined with olanzapine should be carefully treated.
