摘 要:对救生舱抵抗瓦斯爆炸冲击的能力进行分析,为其结构设计及改进提供理论指导意见。应用非线性显式有限元算法对瞬间冲击的响应进行模拟,得出冲击过程中的应力、应变变化规律和最终变形情况。得出变形量和压力峰值并非线性关系,而是随峰值升高变形量急剧增大;舱体受到0.5 MPa峰值冲击波作用时发生弹性变形,大于1.0 MPa峰值时产生塑性变形;冲击卸载后,由于惯性作用变形会有所滞后,有一定量的回弹。可将舱头优化为向外凸的结构,以减少局部过度变形造成的破坏。To make some theoretical guidances for its structural design and optimization,the ability of a refuge chamber resisting gas explosion impact was analyzed with numerical simulation.Through simulating the instantaneous impact and the response of the refuge chamber with a nonlinear explicit algorithm of FEM,the stress,strain and deformation of the structure in the impact were attained.The results indicated that the relationship between the deformation and the peak of pressure is nonlinear;the refuge chamber's deformation is elastic when the pressure of impact is weak,then it develops to plastic deformation with increase in pressure;as the pressure attenuates to zero,the deformation remains for minutes and then the rebound takes place;the head of the refuge chamber can be designed as a convex structure so as to reduce the damage due to local over-deformation.
