摘　　要：开展信息服务,是企业档案馆的重要职能,在信息技术时代,对于构建我国知识型和和谐社会具有积极意义。文章结合信息技术和知识经济时代对企业档案馆信息服务的影响,以及深刻理解信息服务的特点的分析,探索总结深化当前信息服务的途径和方法。In the information technology era,the information services are the important functions for archives of enterprises and with positive significances for constructing the knowledge and harmonious society.In the paper,the ways and methods for deepening current information services are explored and summarized combining with the influences of information technology and knowledge economy era on them as well as the analysis of their characteristics.
