氮磷钾肥配比对‘中林1号’主要营养物质含量的影响

摘　　要：研究了施用不同氮、磷、钾配比肥料对大田条件下盛果期早实核桃(Juglans regia L.)中林1号坚果主要营养物质含量的影响。结果表明,处理10(N∶P∶K=3.83 kg∶1.3 kg∶3.9 kg)及处理11(N∶P∶K=6 kg∶1.3 kg∶2.6 kg)的粗脂肪含量显著高于其它处理;处理10对蛋白质的积累最有益,果仁中蛋白质含量最高;同时处理10样品中可溶糖的含量最高;处理8(N∶P∶K=3.83 kg∶1.3 kg∶0 kg)样品中还原糖的含量最高。The main nutrient contents of early-fruit walnut kernel （Juglans regia L. Zhonglinl ） were studied among treat- ments of different ratios of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium in the field. The results showed that crude fat content of treatment 10（ N ： P ： K = 3. 83 kg ： 1.3 kg ： 3.9 kg） and treatment l 1 （ N ： P ： K = 6 kg ： 1.3 kg ： 2. 6 kg） were significantly higher than other treatments. Protein content of treatment 10 was the highest and the soluble sugar content of treatment l0 was higher than other treatments while reducing sugar content of treatment 8（ N ： P ： K = 3. 83 kg ： 1.3 kg ： 0 kg） was the highest.
