摘　　要：有关风险管理的研究已取得丰富的成果,但是针对风险管理在施工企业的实施状况和施工技术人员对风险管理的重视程度情况的研究还未见诸文献。本文采用调查问卷的方式对40位施工技术人员进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示有风险管理意识的施工管理者和技术人员占总数的85%;48%的事故发生在工程即将结束时;40%的事故发生在晚上。进一步分析了造成事故频发的原因和提出了相应的控制措施。调查的结果对地铁施工安全管理具有指导意义。Research on risk management has given fruitful results,but the awareness of risk management in construction enterprises is not found yet in the literature.In this paper,the questionnaire is used to investigate 40 technical personnel.The survey results show that the number of construction managers and technical staff who has awareness of risk management account for 85% of the total.And,48% of accidents occur when the project is about to end;40% of accidents occurred in the evening.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the causes of accidents and appropriate control measures are proposed too.The results can serve as the guidance of safety management in subway construction.
