自拟疏肝和胃散治疗功能性消化不良随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟疏肝和胃散治疗功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将60例患者按照就诊先后顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用自拟疏肝和胃散汤(药用陈皮、柴胡、川芎、香附等),上药水煎200mL,100mL/次,2次/d,饭后30min服用;对照组口服吗丁啉10mg,3次/d,餐前15～30min服用。均连续4周为1个疗程,治疗1疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组愈显率66.67%,总有效率90.00%;对照组愈显率30.00%,总有效率73.33%,治疗组愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟疏肝和胃散治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,是治疗功能性消化不良的有效方剂,值得进一步研究推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating functional dyspepsia by Self-Made Shugan Hewei powder.[Methods]Randomized,controlled method,60 cases of patients according to medical order,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group treated by Shugan Hewei powder powder（medicinal tangerine peel,bupleurum,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,nutagrass flatsedge rhizome）,decocted 200mL,100mL/time,2 /d,after 30min administration;The control group was treated with domperidone 10mg,3 /d,15~30min take before meals.All 4 consecutive weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after 1 course of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group curative rate was 66.67%,total effective rate 90.00%;the control group,the curative rate was 30.00%,the total efficiency of 73.33%,the effective rate of treatment group was better than control group（P0.01）,the treatment group were better than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Treating functional dyspepsia by Self-Made Shugan Hewei powder good curative effect remarkable,is effective in the treatment of FD prescription,worthy of further research and promotion.
