临床护士心血管疾病连续护理认知状况研究

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士对心血管疾病连续护理的认知水平,为连续护理的广泛开展提供参考。方法采用心血管疾病患者连续护理认知水平测评量表,对某三级甲等医院188名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士心血管疾病连续护理认知总均分为(3.44±0.36)分,疾病相关知识、治疗相关知识、康复相关知识、社会生活知识4个维度均分均介于3～4分,科室、工作时间是临床护士心血管疾病连续护理认知水平的影响因素。结论临床护士心血管疾病连续护理认知处于中等水平,受所在科室和工作年限的影响,需从普及连续护理教育、加强专科学术交流、发挥高年资护士等方面加以改进。Objective To explore cognitive level of continuous nursing for nurses to cardiovascular disease,so as to provide reference for developing continuous nursing widely.Method A total of 188 nurses were investigated with a survey scale of cognitive level on continuous nursing for patients with cardiovascular disease.Results The mean score of cognitive level of continuous nursing for nurses to cardiovascular disease was （3.44±0.36）.The average scores of 4 aspects,including disease,treatment and rehabilitation related knowledge,and social knowledge were all between 3 to 4.Department and working time were the factors influencing cognitive level of continuous nursing for nurses to cardiovascular disease. Conclusions The cognitive of continuous nursing for nurses to cardiovascular disease is in a middle level and influenced by the factors of departments and work time.Some aspects should be improved,such as the popularity of continuous nursing education,strengthening academic exchanges,the use of high qualification nurses,and so on.
