摘　　要：目的探讨旋转弹性夹具在颅骨缺损修补手术中的作用。方法本组32例采用旋转弹性夹具修补颅骨缺损,将手术中发生钛钉松动、脱落颗数、手术时间与传统组29例手术进行比较。结果采用旋转弹性夹具修补颅骨缺损术中发生钛钉松动、脱落颗数明显减少及手术时间明显缩短,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论采用旋转弹性夹具修补颅骨缺损手术中钛钉固定准确、操作方便,手术时间缩短。Objective To explore the effect of elastic fixture in cranioplasty. Methods 32 cases of rotating flexible fixture repair skull defects. Traditional group has 29 patients. The numbers of titanium screw loosening, shedding drops and operative time were compared. Results Application of rotating flexible fixture in cranioplasty was better in the aspect of titanium screw loosening, reduced shedding drops and shortened operative time, the difference was statistically significant than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rotating flexible fixture has accurate titanium nail pinning, easy to operate, and short surgery time in cranioplasty.
