摘  要:针对化学、生物实验室等易产生有害气体的空间,设计了基于Modbus总线的室内通风监控系统。该系统由下位机排风控制器、补风控制器与上位机监控中心组成,可实现对多个通风柜集中远程控制与监测。硬件电路以LPC2138为核心控制芯片,由风速传感器、通风柜窗开度位移传感器、人体传感器等电路组成,采用RS485模块构建基于Modbus的通信网络。试验表明,该系统成本低,稳定性好,可实现远程监控,具有较高的实用价值。Aiming at the space such as chemical,biological laboratories where it is easy to produce harmtul gases, the paper designs a ventilation onitoring system based on Modbus.The system is composed of slave computer air exhaust controller, air compensation controller, and master computer monitoring center, which can realize centralized remote control and monitoring on multiple fume hoods. The hardware uses LPC2138 as the core control chip, is composed of wind speed sensor, ventilation window opening displacement sensor, and human body sensor circuit, and uses RS485 module to build the Modbus based communication network. It is showed by experiment and analysis that this design features low cost, good stsbility, can realize remote monitoring and is highly practical.
