摘　　要：目的寻求直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者负荷度与社会支持度之间的关系。方法选取92例直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者,用自编直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者负荷量表和自编直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者社会支持量表评定。结果直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者负荷度和社会支持度之间存在着负性相关。其中身体负荷与技术支持,经济负荷与物质支持关系最为密切,呈负性相关。结论提高直肠癌患者家庭主要照顾者的社会支持度可以有效地降低其负荷水平,其中加强技术支持和物质支持尤为重要。Objective To explore the relationship between rectal cancer caregiver＇s burden and their social support.Methods A amount of 92 main family caregivers of rectal cancer patients were selected and were conducted self-made questionnaires with contents of burden and social support.Results A negative relationship was discovered between the scores of the two questionnaires,among which,physical burden and professional support,economy burden and material support showed strong negative relationship respectively.Conclusion The improvement of social support,especially the improvement of the professional support and material support,could effectively lower the burden level.
