摘　　要：目的研究胸腺肽α1（Tα1）对肝癌动脉插管化疗栓塞（TACE）患者T细胞亚群的影响。方法选取海南省农垦总局医院2009年2月~2010年5月间收治的TACE患者40例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,治疗组于介入前4d每天皮下注射Tα11.6mg,对照组不采用Tα1治疗,分别用流式细胞仪计数患者CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,NK细胞阳性百分率化疗前后的变化。结果治疗组CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,NK细胞化疗后明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论Tα1可以提高肝癌TACE患者免疫功能,减轻化疗副反应,其本身无显著副反应及不良反应,是一种安全可靠的免疫增强剂。Objective To discuss the influence of thymosinα1（Tα1） on T cell subgroup of transcatheter arterial chemome bolization（TACE） patients.Methods A total of 40 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2009 to May 2010 were en rolled and randomly divided into treatment group（n=20） and control group（n=20）.Patients in treatment group received subcu taneous injection of 1.6 mg Tα1at four days before intervention,while control group didn’t adopt Tα1treatment.Flow Cytome ter was used to count the positive rate of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK cell before and after treatment.Results After chemotherapy,the positive rate of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK in treatment group is remarkably higher than that in control group.The difference showed statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Tα1can rise the immunological function of TACE patients and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.It has no side effects or adverse reaction.
