大学生职业生涯规划教育理念初探

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国各高校生源扩招工作的大力发展,国家的待就业大学生的数量日益增多,多数大学生在毕业之后往往对就业问题产生迷茫与无所适从的心理。因此,新时期,我国各高校必须努力地提升职业生涯规划的教育有效性,为大学生就业提供良好的指导。本文通过分析目前高校优化职业生涯规划教育的必要性,谈论了对大学生开展规划教育的几点创新教育理念,以求推动职业规划教育的顺利开展。In recent years,with the student enrollment expansion in China university of work to develop,the state＇s waiting for employment increasing the number of college students,most college students after graduation to employment problems often confusion and disoriented psychology.Therefore,the new period,our various universities must strive to enhance the effectiveness of career planning of education for college students＇ employment provide good guidance.This article through the analysis of the present universities to optimize the necessity of career planning education,to talk about the university students education planning some innovation education idea,in order to promote the smooth development of the education career planning.
