摘　　要：校企联合培养项目管理工程硕士既是实现培养目标的要求,也是整合校企在研究生培养方面各自的资源优势、实现双方共赢的必然选择。结合青岛大学近五年来校企联合培养项目管理工程硕士的实践,在总结经验的基础上,分析了联合培养过程中存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进思路。以便通过校企联合,培养合格的项目管理人才。Colleges-enterprises cooperation to cultivate the Master of Project Management is not only to achieve the requirements of the training objectives,but also to integrate the schools and enterprises in the graduate education of their respective advantages in resources,the inevitable choice of mutual win-win.Combination of Qingdao University,the past five years the practice of Project Management Master,enterprises culture,on the basis of past experience,the analysis of some problems in the process of joint training,the improvement ideas.To colleges-enterprises cooperation,and train qualified project management personnel.
