摘　　要：大学生参与高校管理是现代高校管理的发展趋势,各高校必须努力推动大学生参与高校管理工作。本文首先阐述大学生参与高校管理的涵义,据此来分析我国大学生参与高校管理的现状以及问题,提出了关于推动大学生参与高效管理的几点建议。Students participate in university management is the development trend of the modern university management,the university must strive to promote the students involved in university management.This paper first describes the meaning of the students involved in university management,which to analyze college students to participate in the current situation and problems of university management,put forward several suggestions on the promotion of university students＇ participation and efficient management.
