甘肃省镇原县城乡各类教师麻疹强化免疫知识知晓及宣教情况调查

摘　　要：目的比较镇原县城乡托幼机构教师、小学教师和中学教师麻疹强化免疫知识知晓情况,以及面向学生及学生家长宣传麻疹强化免疫知识情况的差异,探索通过教师进行麻疹强化免疫知识宣传的健康教育模式。方法采用随机化原则抽取镇原县城乡托幼机构、小学和中学教师共计260名进行问卷调查。结果乡镇小学教师总知晓率为67.0%,城市小学教师为81.6%,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。城区和乡镇中学教师面向学生及学生家长主动进行麻疹强化免疫知识宣教人数所占的比例均为最低(P<0.05)。结论应重视对城乡托幼机构教师、小学教师和中学教师进行麻疹强化免疫知识的培训,以提高各类教师向学生及学生家长进行麻疹强化免疫相关知识宣传的正确性和主动性;通过"教师—学生—教师—家长"这一宣传链的有效建立,确保麻疹强化免疫接种的高覆盖率。OBJECTIVE The comparison Zhenyuan County of Gansu Province the urban and rural ehildcare institutions teachers, primary school teachers, secondary school teachers of the differences in measles immunization knowledge awareness, and teachers for the students and parents publicity the measles immunization knowledge of the differences. Explore a health education model through teachers publicity measles immunization knowledge. METHOD Randomization extract nurseries and kindergartens teachers, primary school teachers and secondary school teachers a total of 260 questionnaire survey in the Zhenyuan of County urban and rural. RESULTS The total rate of primary school teachers in urban and township were 67.0% and 81.6%, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, urban and rural secondary school teachers for students and parents take the initiative to conduct measles immunization the number of knowledge missionary proportion was the lowest（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Attention should be paid to measles immunization knowledge training in nurseries and kindergartens teachers, primary school teachers, secondary school teachers can improve teachers measles immunization propaganda initiative and correctness. Teachers-students-teachers-parents effective establishment of this promotional chain, to ensure high coverage of measles immunization.
