摘  要:目的:探讨抑郁症患者前额脑电功率与抗抑郁剂疗效的关系。方法:对40例抑郁症患者(研究组)入院1周内行脑电地形图检查,并和32例正常对照组进行对照分析;同时对患者在治疗前后进行HAMD评定。结果:前额脑波α1,δ,θ频段功率研究组较对照组明显升高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组左前额δ波功率与HAMD第2周减分率有统计学意义的负相关(P<0.05);研究组左前额β波功率与HAMD第6周减分率有统计学意义的负相关(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者可能存在前额功能损伤;其抗抑郁剂治疗起效时间可能与左前额δ波功率有关,且左前额β功率越高可能提示疗效欠佳。Objective:To explore the relationship of prefrontal brain electrical power change and antidepressant treatment effect in patients with major depression.Method:40 patients with major depression (study group) and 32 age-and education-matched health control (control group) were investigated.All patients were examined by brain electricity area mapping (BEAM) within a week after admission.Hamilton depressive symptoms scales (HAMD) was applied to evaluate efficacy.Results:The power of prefrontal α1,δ,θ wave in study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05).There was a negative correlation between left prefrontal δ wave power and reduction rate of HAMD after 2 weeks treatment in study group(P0.05).There was a negative correlation between left prefrontal β wave power of study group and reduction rate of HAMD after 6 weeks treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Patients with major depression may have prefrontal electrophysiological dysfunction.Left prefrontal δ wave power may be the leading influence factor for onset of antidepressant treatment effects,and high left prefrontal β wave power may implies poor treatment effect in patients with major depression.
