摘 要:通过对液压模块组合挂车转向机构的研究,提出了面向构件力和转角协调的优化设计方法,给出了两纵列任意轴线车辆的优化设计数学模型,并根据所提出的方法和模型,在ADAMS中对典型的6轴线车辆建立了优化仿真分析模型。分析优化结果表明,在满足转角协调的基础上,考虑力的协调是可行的,且拉杆的受力情况可以得到较大改善。Steering system of hydraulic module assembled trailer was studied,and method of optimal design for force and angle coordination was proposed.A typical six-axis hydraulic module assembled trailer model was built,and coordination between force and steering angle was considered in the optimization.The mathematical optimal model of vehicles with multi-axis and two columns was given.With the proposed method and mathematical models,an optimal model of typical six-axis vehicle was made in ADAMS,and the optimization results show that,in the condition of coordination of the angle,coordination of power is feasible,and condition of the links can be significantly improved.
