武汉创新型城市进程的国内比较

摘　　要：基于创新型城市的内涵和整体目标,参照知识竞争力指数及STI(science,technology and innova-tion)指标体系构建了包括创新支撑、创新能力、创新贡献和开放水平的创新型城市四维评价模型。以15个副省级城市2010年的统计数据为依据,分析了武汉市创新型城市的建设进程,结果表明,武汉在创新支撑和创新能力上优势明显,但创新贡献和开放水平还显不足,提出了应采取的针对性措施。Based on the knowledge competitiveness index and STI index system,a four-dimensional evaluation model of innovative city was constructed according to concept of innovative city and the overall object of national innovation system.The model includes innovation support,innovation ability,innovation contribution and the opening up level.By analyzing the statistical data of 15 sub-provincial cities in 2010,it is suggested that Wuhan should take corresponding countermeasures for the next phase because of its disadvantages of innovation contribution and the opening up level while keeping its advantages of innovative foundation and innovation ability.
