摘　　要：从供应链外部环境和内部环境两个方面构建了供应链危机影响因素框架模型,并以供应链内部环境分析为核心,从供应链的物流、信息流、资金流和价值流4个维度构建了影响供应链危机管理能力的指标体系。采用模糊综合评判方法对某企业供应链危机管理能力进行了算例研究,研究成果可为企业实施供应链危机管理提供一定的参考。On the study of both external and internal environment of the supply chain,a framework model about the crisis influence of the supply chain was constructed.Focused on the internal environment of the supply chain and based on the logistics,information,capital and value stream,an index system which influences the crisis management capability of the supply chain was built.Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the crisis management capability of a certain enterprise,and the conclusion can provide references for the enterprises to enforce the crisis management capability of the supply chain.
