摘　　要：从传统中医学角度探讨自身免疫性肝炎的治疗思路,揭示以"湿、热、瘀、毒、郁"为病机关键,以"脉贵柔和"四字为宗旨,以"清、疏、化、补、利"五字诀治之,效果显著。提示传统中医学的辨证论治方法具有强大的自身魅力和神奇疗效。The thoughts of traditional Chinese medical therapy for autoimmune hepatitis were discussed in this article. It is indicated that the key pathogenesis of autoimmune hepatitis involves the stagnation of damp-heat, blood stasis and toxicity, and the therapeutic principle can be summarized as clearing, dispelling, resolving, tonifying and dredging on the theory basis of soft pulse being the most precious.
