摘 要:2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是一组以慢性血糖水平增高为特征的代谢性疾病。虽然病因及发病机制尚不明确,但普遍认为遗传因素在其发病中起着重要作用。最近在日本人群中进行的两个全基因组相关性研究(GWAS)证实,KCNQ1基因多态性与T2DM的发病风险相关,且这种相关性随后在多个亚洲和欧洲人群中均得到了重复。因此,全面深入的研究KCNQ1基因与T2DM及其发病风险的关系,将为T2DM预防和治疗提供新的思路。Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia.Although the causes and mechanisms related to type 2 diabetes remains unclear,it is considered that genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.The two most recent genome-wide association studies,in the Japanese population,have identified the association of KCNQ1 Gene polymorphism with the risk of type 2 diabetes;this association was subsequently replicated in several population cohorts of Asian and European ancestry.Thus,To study the relationship between KCNQ1 gene with type 2 diabetes and related factors in depth,which will provide a new measure to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes.
