摘　　要：研究了将多种农产品及农副产品的营养物质提取出来 ,制备成营养浸膏技术 ;并探讨了这些营养浸膏作为主要营养物质配制成的母种培养基在平菇、香菇、木耳菌丝体培养中的应用价值。制备的营养浸膏可以作为化学试剂保存备用。The preparation of nutritional extract from some agricultural products and agricultural byproducts as well as the application of these extracts in mycelial growth of Auricularia auricula,Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinula edodes are studied in this article.
