摘  要:"模拟招聘"将以往就业指导课老师"单向灌输式"的教学方法改变为让学生参与互动的"亲验式"教学方法,把抽象的理论转化为具体的实践应用,能让学生在学习专业知识的同时,通过参加实践性很强的应聘演练,提前体验就业压力并学会处理各种问题,这对于促使他们树立明确的学习目标、有意识地提前进行职业规划和职业知识技能积累,以应对未来日益激烈的就业竞争有重要意义。"Employment Simulation" switches the previous teaching method of "teachers" instruction" in career guidance course to that of "students" practice" to ensure students" participation and interaction, and applies theory in practice. It enables students, by participating in employment simulation while undertaking study of major courses, to experience the pressure on employment in advance and to tackle varieties of problems. It bears great significance of promoting students to set up clear academic goals, consciously preplan their careers and accumulate relevant knowledge and skills so as to help them for ger pepared the increasingly fierce competition on employment.
