高频超声与磁共振检查对浅表软组织肿块的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价超声检查对软组织肿块的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析21例手术后经病理学检查明确诊断的软组织肿块的超声表现,并与MRI表现进行对照,比较两种方法的定性诊断符合率及对肿块的显示情况。结果超声与MRI对软组织肿块的检出率均为100%,诊断符合率分别为80.95%(17/21)和85.71%(18/21),两者的诊断符合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声检查可较好地显示软组织肿块的内部结构和血供情况,对浅表部位软组织肿块具有较高的定性诊断价值;但对肿瘤周围结构的显示不足,对解剖结构复杂的肿块诊断尚需与MRI检查相结合。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for superficial soft tissue mass.Methods Retrospective analyzed the ultrasound characteristics of different parts soft tissue mass of 21 patients,all of the patients were verified by operation and pathological examination,and the qualitative diagnostic accuracy and the showing of the mass were compared with magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）.Results The ultrasonography and MRI detective rate of soft tissue mass all were 100%.Ultrasound diagnosis rate was 80.95%（17/21）,MRI diagnosis rate was 85.71%（18/21）,there were no statistical significance of difference between the diagnosis rate of ultrasound and MRI（P0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasonography can show the internal structure and blood supply of soft tissue mass clearly,has important value in diagnosis of superficial soft tissue mass,but for the complicated structures of display and diagnosis in mass should be combined with MRI.
