氩氦刀治疗非小细胞肺癌合并上腔静脉综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结分析氩氦刀对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)合并上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)的治疗效果。方法对2008年1月—2011年10月收治的9例NSCLC合并SVCS患者行氩氦刀治疗,观察术后症状缓解情况。结果手术均获成功,无死亡病例,无冷休克、肝肾功衰竭等严重并发症,8例患者1周内症状明显缓解,1例患者症状无改善,行支架置入术。结论氩氦刀治疗NSCLC合并SVCS效果理想,手术并发症少,是治疗合并SVCS的NSCLC可选方法之一。Objective To retrospective analyze the clinical effect of Ar-He knife cryoablation for non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） combined with superior vena caval syndrome（SVCS）.Methods Nine NSCLS with CVCS patients underwent Ar-He knife cryoablation from January 2008 to October 2011,postoperative condition was observed.Results No operative and postoperative death was observed.Cryoablations were all successful in 9 cases,no cold shock,liver and renal function failure occurred.8 of 9 patients＇symptoms were alleviated in one week,1 patient without improvement needed endovascular stent.Conclusion Ar-He knife cryoablation is a safe therapeutic method with less intraoperative and postoperative complications for NSCLC combined with SVCS.
