摘　　要：在动态环境下,家族企业要保持可持续的竞争优势,必须应用动态能力对家族资源进行有效的适应性更新,而家族资源更新的主线是家族企业的理性演进,即将理性的系统、过程与方法广泛运用于家族企业的家族资源管理中。基于李锦记集团与李宁公司这两个家族企业案例,具体剖析家族企业如何从企业主的创业企业分别演化为"所有权与控制权合一的家族企业"与"所有权与控制权共同治理的家族企业",以及异质性家族资源如何影响家族企业的理性化演进。In a dynamic environment,to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage,family business must apply dynamic capabilities to update adaptively family resources in an effective way,and the key point of updating family resources is the rationalization of family business,that is,the wide application of the rational system,process and methods in the management of family resources of family business.Based of Lee Kum Kee Group and Li-Ning Co family business cases,the paper analyzes how the family business evolves from business owners start-up mode to 'family business with integration of ownership right and control right' and 'family business with common governance of ownership right and control right' and how the differences in family resources influence the rationalized evolution of family business.
