生物反馈治疗卒中后偏瘫患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈治疗卒中后偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:78例脑卒中后偏瘫患者纳入研究,分为生物反馈治疗仪干预的治疗组及传统康复训练的对照组,疗程结束后进行疗效及SSS、BI指数评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.18%优于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,与对照组比较,在SSS评分上治疗组下降明显,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),在BI评分上则升高明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:生物反馈治疗可有效提高偏瘫患者的疗效,对神经功能缺损、提高日常生活能力的改善亦大有裨益,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of biofeedback treatment on 78 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods：78 patients with hemiplegia were divided into biofeedback treatment group and control group.All patients were evaluated with SSS,BI after the treatment.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group is 87.18% more than 76.92% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,in the SSS score decreased significantly on the integrated group,with significant differences（P0.01） in the BI score increased significantly on the consolidated group,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The biofeedback treatment not only can effectively improve the curative effect on patients with hemiplegia,but also can improve the ability of daily life obviously.
