摘 要:本研究采用固相微萃取气质联用仪(SPME/GC/MS)测定黔产侧柏叶香味成分。采用70μm PDMS的萃取纤维头,在50℃下对2 g新鲜样品顶空萃取20 min后进行GCMS分析。结果表明:鉴定出57种化学成分,占挥发性化学成分的99.74%。本法具有简便、快速、准确、样品量小等特点,适用于侧柏叶香味成分的快速测定,是对柏树生长状况进行监测的一种有效手段。The flavor compounds in leaves of Platycladus orientali have been determined by using solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC/MS).The optimal SPME condition was achieved by using PDMS extraction fiber head,with 2.0 g of the powdered sample,at 50℃,headspace extraction for 20 min by SPME,and then identified by GC/MS.The results show that 57 compounds were identified,which accounted for 99.74% of the total flavor components.Compared with traditional steam distillation,the present method have features of more simple,rapid and less sample-demanding and can be used for the fast analysis of flavor compounds in leaves of Platycladus orientali.
