摘　　要：教学资源的共享以及统一管理必须解决的是对资源的语义描述，本文采用元数据资源描述的方法，设计实现教学资源的元数据描述规范框架，并给出基于RDF元数据框架的描述实现，从而实现教学资源的可管理、可查询、可评测，为资源的集中管理、统一服务提供基础数据通信规范。Teaching resource sharing and unified management that must be addressed is the semantic description of resources, the metadata resources described the metadata description normative framework design teaching resources, and is given based on the description of the RDF metadata framework to achieve, whichcan achieve teaching resources management, query evalu- ation, and provide basic data communication specification for the centralized management of resources, unified service.
