摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺嗜酸性腺瘤的CT表现特点，以提高对其诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的23例甲状腺嗜酸性腺瘤的CT资料，详细分析其CT表现。结果23例中，20例单发，3例为多发结节。8例病灶形态不规则，15例呈类圆形，直径1．2～6．5cm，平均2．3cm，直径〉4．0cm5例。11例病灶平扫边界不清，17例密度不均，平扫CT值约为49HU，增强CT值154HU。结论甲状腺嗜酸性腺瘤的CT表现具有一定特征性。Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of eosinophilic adenoma of thyroid , so that to improve the diagnos- tic accuracy of this tumor. Methods CT findings of 23 cases with eosinophilic adenomas of thyroid proved by pathology were ana lyzed retrospectively, all cases underwent MSCT, including CT plain scan and contrasvenhanced CT scan. Results Of 23 cases, the lesions were single in 20 cases and multiple nodules in 3 cases, irregular in 8 cases and round-like in 15 cases in form. The diameters of the tumors ranged 1.2--6.5 cm with mean 2.3 cm, of them, the diameter was〉4.0 cm in 5, ill-defined in 11 cases, density une- ven in 17 cases. The CT values of attenuation of the lesions were 49 HU at plain CT scan and 154 HU at contrast-enhanced CT scan. Conclusion CT findings of eosinophilic adenoma of thyroid are of characteristics.
