摘　　要：开发一种基于PLC的插头插销弯折测试装置,该装置以PLC作为系统控制器,利用步进电机直接驱动测试夹具,采用文本显示器作为人机交互界面(HMI)。与传统测试系统相比,人机交互更加方便,可维护性和可移植性更好。A plug pin bending test equipment was developed based on PLC. A PLC was taken as the control system of the equipment which employed a HMI and a stepping motor. The equipment is proved to be convenient and easy to explant in practical application.
